On course for triple award success

November 1 is set to be an auspicious occasion for Eric’s as the award-winning wholesale butchers and pie makers is up for not one but three top awards!

 

The company has been shortlisted for two categories in Deliciouslyorkshire’s 2017 Taste Awards – for the Best Yorkshire Pork Pie and Best Ready to Eat Product for their Christmas pie – plus the Bakery Manufacturing Company of the Year award in this year’s Food Manufacture Excellence Awards, run by the online news service for the UK food and drink industry, FoodManufacture.co.uk.

 

The company has already had a taste of victory this year having won a Guild of Fine Foods award for their game pie with red wine and redcurrant which they primarily developed for the hospitality and delicatessen sector. Eric’s was also instrumental in success at the British Street Food awards for Mr D’s Magnificent Pie Machine having baked Mr D’s secret recipe individual Yorkshire raised steak pie which was a key component in the Best Main Dish winning meal.
