Eric’s fattens pie ambition

Eric’s traditional family values have strengthened with the owners’ son joining the business as operations director.


Xander Martin, 25, studied law at Huddersfield University and has spent his career to date working in the hospitality and licensing trade as a restaurant supervisor.


He has joined the Ossett firm to manage the factory and the office leaving MD, Tom Martin free to grow the business. His appointment takes the team size to 16 with plans for further factory appointments later this year.
