New flavours accentuate product range

Eric’s have been developing exciting new flavours to complement their range of award winning pork pies.

 

After much experimentation to get the flavour exactly right, the wholesale butchers and pie makers successfully added Yorkshire Bramble and Liquorice Jelly from Bracken Hill Fine Foods to produce a pie to mark Pontefract’s Liquorice Festival. They have also produced pies flavoured with rhubarb in celebration of Yorkshire Day.
